Resizable screen of X-windows

1. When using Cygwin, one may encouter the problem that the windows are fixed, nonremovable. However, this is cuased by using the command $: x& and issue commands in cygwin directly.

2. However, we can use $: startx &, this produce a X ~ windows, one can issue unix commands in this new window and the resulting windows are resizable and removable.
