Share network connection between two home PCs

To share the network between two PCs, the one with internet connection should have two adapters, the other one should have one adapter and a pc-to-pc connection wire.
Step 1. Suppose the network adapter with internet connection is Local Area Connection 1. set "Proterties of the adapter 1" as in the figure . Make sure that Local Area connection 2 is the adapter for connection to another pc. Then the current adapter has ip 192.168.0.1.
Step 2. Set the ip of the adapter of pc2 192.168.0.n (n is any # 2-255) with gateway and dns 192.168.0.1.
